GRID has staff who are working to attract new investment and encourage the flow of commercial ideas from the research and knowledge at one of the world's top universities. We are also here to work with the community on what the innovation district can provide for them.

Governance
All activity within GRID is overseen by the University of Glasgow Economic Development Board (UEBD), made up of representatives from the University, Glasgow City Council, Scottish Enterprise and local organisations.

GRID and everything we do to accelerate innovation and economic growth in this defined geographical area is set out in a number of strategy documents laid out by the University, governments and Glasgow City Region.
